How to add a new page in WordPress
We will show you how to create a new page in WordPress. We use Elementor as our preferred web builder, this allows us to have more control when editing pages.
Adding a new page
Looking at your WordPress dashboard you will see Pages in the left-hand side menu. Select pages to be able to view all the current pages available on your website. In the top left-hand corner click the New Page button.
Once the page is created, you are taken to the page creation section. You will see fields to add the page title, your meta description and keywords for SEO.
Publish your page
On the right-hand side menu, you can add or edit your permalinks, featured images etc. When you are ready, select publish in the top right-hand corner.
You will now see your page in the Pages section, where you can edit or edit with Elementor. Selecting editing with Elementor, you are taken to your new blank page ready to add content.
